So rooms get rearranged instead of resolved, guests get the apology tour, and home slowly becomes somewhere you manage rather than enjoy. Sense & Solace exists to do the part you can't do from inside your own space: see it clearly, and build a plan where everything — layout, storage, colour, furniture — earns its place.

Sense & Solace was founded by Therese Borglund Santos, who brings the same discipline and sound judgement to design that she once built a career on elsewhere. She leads every project personally, from the first conversation through to the final styling, rather than handing clients off along the way.
It means fewer people to manage, decisions that stay consistent from concept to completion, and a studio small enough to actually know the home it's designing.
